Perfluoroalkyl chemicals and male reproductive health: Do PFOA and PFOS increase risk for male infertility?

Résumé

PFOA and PFOS are synthetic organic chemicals with long half-lives and multiple exposure pathways due to their ubiquity in the environment. This review* of the epidemiological and toxicological literature suggests a wide variety of suspected effects on male fertility.
