Résumé

This paper deals with the detection of inter turn fault in the stator winding of a permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) in closed-loop. The technique proposed to detect the turn-to-turn short circuit faults is based on the parametric estimation and therefore the analysis of the two voltage signals over the resistance Rd and Rq. The proposed approach is tested and the simulation results confirm the effectiveness of the proposed method to detect the turn-to-turn short circuit fault. As it provides the information essential for the fault isolation.
