Résumé

This work presents a description of the role that the fuzzy regulator type-2 plays in ensuring a suitable continuation regarding the set speed for wind turbine drive corresponding to the optimal point energy-wise. The simulation results obtained when applying the fuzzy logic technique type-2 revealed that control performance showed great promise for this sort of application. Based on these results, it can be said that the technique offers an economical solution for optimizing energy conversion in wind powered electrical systems as opposed to that of conventional strategies.
